Who is Unblocked in Ten Weeks for?
This is systemic coaching for entrepreneurs and senior leaders who are still outwardly functional — still performing — but no longer recovering. Competence and responsibility can conceal mental exhaustion, decision fatigue, and a narrowing operating range, including after success, exit, or a role change. This is for people who do not need motivation or hype, but a serious process to regain clarity, agency, and coherent momentum.
Is this therapy or business coaching?
Unblocked is systemic coaching: a structured, time-bound intervention, not therapy, counseling, or open-ended executive support. It is designed for capable leaders who need a finite process to restore clarity and momentum, then continue independently. If your needs are clinical, we will say so in the fit conversation and point you toward appropriate care.
What makes this program different from typical coaching?
Most coaching emphasizes goals, accountability, or ongoing support. Unblocked is systemic, time-bound, and 1:1 with Oscar directly. It identifies the patterns that keep you performing at a cost — not just surface goals. Rest alone does not resolve a system that returns to the same pattern and the same conditions; the ten-week container is built to surface those patterns so you finish with greater clarity and independence.
What is systemic coaching in this program?
A systemic approach looks at recurring patterns across your business, relationships, roles, and identity, not isolated problems in isolation. In transition, old adaptations often persist after their context has changed. Unblocked uses systemic coaching to surface those constraints, reduce internal friction, and restore coherent judgment and momentum within a ten-week container.
How is this different from ICF executive coaching or a mastermind?
ICF-style executive coaching is often open-ended and process-focused: goals, 360s, accountability. Masterminds (YPO, EO, Vistage, etc.) offer peer exposure and ongoing membership. Unblocked is private, 1:1, systemic coaching with a fixed endpoint. It works best when you want focused work on the patterns holding you back, not a standing group or an indefinite retainer.
What are Oscar's credentials, and what is this not?
Oscar is a systemic coach with a long operator background: software engineer, strategy and commercial leadership (agencies and tech companies), founder exits, and startup mentoring. He is also trained in stress regulation and uses breathwork and related practices selectively as tools, not as a doctrine. This is not licensed psychotherapy, not ICF-accredited executive coaching, and not a clinical service. The fit call is where we confirm scope and fit.
Do I need breathwork or meditation experience?
No. All practices are guided and used selectively where appropriate. No prior experience is required.
What's the time commitment?
Approximately 2 to 3 hours per week, including scheduled 1:1 sessions and optional self-guided work between sessions to support regulation, reflection, and integration.
When should I expect changes?
Many participants notice a shift in clarity, steadiness, or internal friction within the first few weeks. The process unfolds progressively across the ten-week container, and the pace will vary depending on the person and the patterns involved.
Is financing available?
Yes. Payment can be split into two installments over 30 days if needed.
What if I'm not sure I'm ready?
Unblocked is offered selectively. The starting point is the self-assessment, followed by a short conversation to determine fit. There is no obligation to proceed.
